FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Each pet must be fully vaccinated with Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella, H3N2/H3N8 (Canine Influenza) vaccinations and owner must provide shot records for pets at time of services to ensure safety of the other pets. A Harm & Holdless Contract must be signed prior to all services as well.

ALL PETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PICKED UP/DROPPED OFF BY 11:30AM TO ENSURE SAME DAY SERVICES! DOGS WITH MATTED HAIR MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME AND FEES.

ALL PETS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN AN HR AND HALF OF COMPLETED SERVICES. AFTER 3:30PM, BOARDING FEES WILL APPLY.

After each service, each kennel and pet table is cleaned and sanitized with pet-friendly products to ensure that no fleas and or parabens can be transferred per pet regardless of whether the pet is in family household or  not.  We wipe down and clean everything!

Prior to services, a consultation will be completed with any recommendations, Consider adding on a medicated shampoo, hot oil treatment or deep conditioning if your pet has skin allergies, eczema, psoriasis or fleas/ticks. Deep Conditioning softens the hair and skin. 

PETS WITH SEVERE FLEAS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD UNLESS RECEIVING BATHING SERVICES.

Bath Neat-Ups, which are trims and clean-ups in pertinent areas can be completed on any breed as early as 6 weeks. Boarding can start as early as 6 weeks as long as your pet is vaccinated.

KEEP IN MIND.. BATH NEAT-UPS ARE TRIMS AND MAINTENANCE WHEREAS GROOMING ARE CUTS/SHAVING DEPENDING ON THE NEED OF THE DOG AND BREED.

GROOMER WILL COMPLETE SERVICE BASED OFF NEED OF PET UNLESS SPECIFIED BY THE OWNER.

First off, dogs' with white hair color best. Dark-colored dogs DO NOT get the best results. 

We use semi-permanent hair color so expect the color to last until shavings or it grows out which can be up to 4-6 months between groomings. 

And of course, we use dog-friendly hair color products.

All pets must be picked up/dropped off by 11:30am. All stays before 1p are NOT subject to the additional fees. 

ANY PETS PICKED-UP/DROPPED-OFF AFTER 3:30 WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL DAY'S RATE. ALL PET OWNERS' MUST BE AVAILABLE AT TIME OF PICK-UP/DROP-OFF.
